Leithon ¡  ¯ s  ¡  ° Life-Long Silent Strategy ¡  ± is business and strategy simulation, designed specifically for companies in the process of designing, executing, or revising their overall corporate strategies. The program helps planners understand the importance of horizontally and vertically integrated strategic planning, and provides the tools and knowledge to assess their plans and choose amongst alternatives. During a full-day simulation, participants engage in a competitive challenge, where all business functions are represented. With a bird ¡  ¯ s eye view, participants are able to assemble and test strategies that take multiple factors into consideration, and practice executing them. The Leithon facilitator guides them through the entire process, and facilitates the debriefing session afterwards, during which the main learning points are extracted and reinforced.
